Email is the fastest way to reach us. This contact is only for intellectual-property notices; other messages sent here may not get a response.
2.Filing a copyright notice
If you believe content in our Services infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (or, if several works are involved, a representative list);
- the specific location of the material you want removed, such as the Arcade game’s URL or the asset link, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use you’re complaining about is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Notices that leave out required information may delay our response. Before you file, please consider whether the use could be fair use or otherwise permitted. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
3.What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it, and send them a copy of the notice (which includes the complainant’s name and contact details, so they can respond). If the content is an Arcade game, it is unpublished while the matter is pending.
4.Filing a counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you can send a counter-notice to our copyright agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which IDFire may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
We will forward your counter-notice to the person who filed the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we will restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving your counter-notice.
5.Repeat infringers
We keep track of notices and, in appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights, including by repeatedly publishing infringing Arcade games or generating infringing content.
6.AI-generated content
The same process applies to AI-generated images, audio, video and code. Our provenance records let us identify the account that generated a reported asset. Users are responsible for the content they generate and publish; see the Janus Studio & Credits Terms for the rules on prompts that infringe intellectual property.
7.Trademarks, likeness and other illegal content
To report trademark infringement, an unauthorized use of a person’s likeness or voice, or other content you believe is illegal, email legal@radgames.ai with the location of the content, an explanation of why it is illegal or infringing, your contact details, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. Notices from the EU under the Digital Services Act are handled the same way: we confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, and tell both you and the affected user what we decided and how to appeal.
To report content that breaks our rules but isn’t illegal, see the Community Rules.
8.Our own intellectual property
Puppies vs. Kittens, RiftBleed, Rad Games, Janus Engine and their characters, art, music and logos are owned by IDFire Technologies Inc. and its affiliates. If you want to use them, start with our Fan Content Policy; for anything else, write to legal@radgames.ai.
